Robert Feliciano Associates - Experience
Robert Feliciano has over 40-years of law enforcement and private security experience having served on three agencies in Los Angeles County. His unique experience includes working for a small municipal police department, Lynwood, California, a major department, Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, and a specialized agency, The Housing Authority Police, Los Angeles County. Mr. Feliciano's experience includes patrol, training (training officer, academy drill instructor), detective (both adult and juvenile), crime preventions and administrative assignments. As a law enforcement officer Mr. Feliciano has served in all area of police work, from a field training officer, sergeant and watch commander to chief administrator of a specialized department.
Robert Feliciano is also a professor at Rio Hondo Community College where he teaches administration of justice course. He has also been an adjunct professor at Long Beach State College and East Los Angeles Community college.
As a security expert, Mr. Feliciano has been certified by the State of California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services as a qualified manager in Private Security/Guard Company, Alarm Company, Private Investigations, Protection Dog Operator Company. He has also been the Director of Security for the U.S. Olympic Festival - 1991 where he was ultimately responsible for the welfare of 4800 American athletes, coaches and athletic venues.
Mr. Feliciano has consulted in hundreds of police and security related matters as a forensic expert across the Nation, and particularly in California. He has never failed to qualify in either state of federal courts. His strongest suit as an expert witness is his objective evaluation of each case and his communicative skills while testifying in court.
Mr. Feliciano has appeared on major television stations as an expert in police conduct and use of force. He has also been a continual contributor to local news papers interviews and with letters regarding police related matters.
